Thinking of Getting a New Dog? Please adopt from shelters! These dogs deserve loving, permanent homes.
Be a responsible pet owner! Having a companion animal is a year round commitment. We have dogs for adoption all through the year!
Thank you! To everyone who supports our adoption program!
Have you already adopted a new best friend from us??? Please send us a picture and let us know how they are doing!!!!!!! We would love to hear from you!!
IF YOU LOVE ME...LICENSE ME!
Please...Don't forget! New York State requires ALL dogs of age 4 MONTHS OLD AND OLDER to be licensed. If your dog is under 4 months old but leaves your property, it also must be licensed. License early and renew on time to avoid inconveniences! Also keep the license tag on your dog, NOT in his records folder! If your dog becomes lost(it can happen to anyone) this tag is the best way to a quick recovery! Dog licenses are issued through your City or Town municipal clerk's office.
We are anticipating increased participation in community events, as well as visits to school classrooms, civic organizations, and other events. If you are involved with community relations, school activities, or youth organizations, and you have an upcoming event you think we may be interested in, please give me a call. Ask for Todd, I can be reached at 315-782-9179.
ALSO...Look for our Newsletter printed bi-monthly, on the 15th of January, March, May, July, September and November. These can be found at our shelter, and various veterinarian offices in Jefferson County. Call for exact locations.
