Who We Are 
We are a group of volunteers located in the Southern Tier of NY, providing care and shelter for abused and stray animals in the Salamanca area.
We are a " non - profit organization " relying on our small membership to provide housing and food for local homeless animals. Our animals are currently being housed in member's homes until funding for a shelter can be obtained.
Currently all expenses incurred are provided by our members out of pocket! We donate our time and our money to help save these wonderful animals. The majority of us also work other jobs...so if we don't get back to you right away don't panic...we will. We want the best for our animals and will do everything in our power to find them wonderful permanent homes! If you are interested in adopting one of our homeless friends, we will ask you to fill out a pre-adoption form andsubmit to reference checks. You can call and request an adoption form from any member or e-mail Kim @ zelinskikim@yahoo.com... Donations are always appreciated and much needed. Monetary donations will be used toward spaying and neutering homeless or stray animals and ultimetly for obtaining a shelter. Please make donations of any amount out to Friends of Strays and send to the adress below.
Volunteering and Donations
Volunteers are always needed to help with our cause. A local vet. furnishes spay & neuter clinics in our area several times a year to assist us in our cause. We rely on public donations to continue our mission and all proceeds to towards the animals in our care! Donations are always needed in the form of money, food, litter, cages, carriers, collars, toys, leashes, etc. Anyone interested in becoming a member or volunteer or fostering any of our animals, call the phone number below or feel free to email us !
