Who We Are
SNIP's provides free and low cost spay/neuter services to inner city dogs. SNIP believes these dogs are the "root" cause of dog overpopulation in NYC. . Allowed to breed, the destructive cycle continues with the offspring spilling onto the streets and into the city kill shelter.
