The Rottweiler Rescue Group of GRR, GINGERS ROTTIE RESCUE was established in 2002 to find new loving homes for unwanted, discarded and abused Rottweilers.
GRR was very successful and placed over 100 rottweilers in new loving homes. In the winter of 2006, the health of the founder changed. Ginger Hanson was diagnosed with OSTEOARTHRITIS. This has made continuing the rescue operation impossible.
As of January 2006, the rescue has closed.
