Who We Are

Rio Grande Animal Humane Association has changed since 2007. We would like to introduce our new animals to you and find them new loving homes.

A little about us, our new objective comes from our animals being dumped on the side of the road or just abandoned. These dogs, mostly, are loving and caring. They just need and want security.

These animals come from all over Valencia County, New Mexico. All dogs are spayed or neutered, all shots, and a vet check. The adoption fee ranges from $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the animal and the process we go through to have them ready to be adopted.

We have puppies through adults and older pets, some with special needs. Please take time to look and see if one might be right for you and your family or lifestyle.

Because of the high cost of Vet care times are hard for all of us. but this is for the animals welfare that we as rescuers do the things that we do. We hope you can help for the animals wellbeing.

RGAHA accepts any and all donations for we are non-profit and can use your help at anytime. Thank You, Annie, rgaha president e-mail rgahanm@peoplepc.com, 505-220-9839, go to web site for more, rgahanm.homestead.com
