Help the Animals

We need volunteers to foster and to help us find homes for our shelter and foster animals. Pet Rescue of Mercer is a non-profit organization registered in the State of New Jersey.

PRM is funded solely by donations.
Donations to help us continue our life-saving work are tax deductible.

Pet Rescue of Mercer is in constant need of dedicated volunteers to fill a variety of tasks!

• Fostering
• Transport/Handlers of shelter/foster dogs for our PetsMart adoption days
• Cat cage cleaning and comfort
• Grant writing
• Fundraising

Please be aware that we post animals on Petfinders for MUNICIPAL SHELTERS. THESE ARE NOT NO KILL SHELTERS!!! These animals don't stay around long, so you need to act very quickly.

If you wish more information on adopting a cat or dog from Pet Rescue of Mercer, please come to Petsmart on Rt. 130 in Hamilton. We are there each Saturday from 11 to 3.
