Animal Welfare is centrally located next to Abri Animal Hospital on Route 47 between Dias Creek and Hand Avenues in the Dias Creek section of Middle Township (10.4 on US Route 47 South).
Currently, Animal Welfare is only open for adoptions. When our status changes allowing us to accept animals, we will update our site accordingly.
Visit us Tuesdays thru Sundays between 10am and 2pm.
Who We Are
Animal Welfare Society was founded in 1980 as Cape May County's first no-kill shelter.
Today Animal Welfare welcomes volunteers and donations of every sort.
Adopting a friend
Animal Welfare has a simple adoption form for Cape May County residents. Proof of residency and veterinary references are required. Also, we prefer our dogs to go to homes with fenced yards. Let's talk.
