Collie Rescue of Northern NJ is always in need of qualified foster homes to care for our rescued collies until a forever home is found.
All of our collies are up-to-date on shots and neutered/spayed before they are placed in their new home.
Our application process requires vet and personal references, and a home visit before an applicant can meet with the dog.
Our rescue dogs are placed in homes based on the best match for the dog and applicant and not on a "first come, first served" basis.
Since we are all volunteers with families and commitments just like you, we appreciate your patience with our process and any delays in correspondence.
Collie Rescue of Northern NJ is dedicated to finding homes for purebred collies that are in need in the New Jersey area. We are a very small group so we are only able to foster a few collies at a time. However, if you are looking for a collie, we may be able to help you find one that is with another rescue.
We do not have a shelter facility but rather foster our dogs in private homes throughout New Jersey. An approved application and home visit is required before meeting any dog in our care. Visits are by appointment only.
