Meet Angel

<
This poor baby certainly had a guardian angel watching over her. She was seen outside for over a month with SOMETHING TIED AROUND HER NECK that looked like a plastic bottle. Many attempts to catch her failed & she disappeared.....But then one day she came back & we were able to get her. SOMEONE TIED A BOTTLE WITH THICK RIBBON AROUND HER NECK. They triple knotted it! Luckily her long hair protected her neck and she came through with no major injuries. She is VERY sweet and affectionate- the look on her face when we cut the bottle off said it all: she was truly thankful to be saved. Our Special Angel Looking for a special home...(FIV positive)

"Stoop"
This special boy is VERY sweet! Beautiful long hair orange and white male. He has tested positive for FIV (which is not a death sentence!). He can live a full life with lots of love! He needs to be in a single cat home or in a home with other FIV positive kitties. Please consider this guy.................he is about 7 years old and has lived on a 'stoop' (hence his name!) for the last three years being fed by a wonderful couple. Since they have two non-positive cats they cannot adopt him. We want to find a great home for this great guy! He is now neutered and is otherwise healthy! <

Who We Are

Angels of Animals is a new group established in early 2005. We are a non-profit humane rescue organization that reaches out to animals in need. Every animal deserves love & compassion…. Every animal should have an angel to protect them from harm. For the unlucky ones who are abandoned, hurt, abused or homeless…….Angels of Animals was born.

Meet our MASCOT!

Wally was our first "special angel". He was slammed in a door when he was only 5 weeks old. After countless tests and surgery he was still unable to walk. He is a pure joy- loves people and other cats. Although he could not walk his spirit was never broken. Then we found the perfect home for him! A wonderful young couple saw his picture and fell in love. They came to us weekly to properly learn how to care for him. They quickly learned how to express his bladder and keep him clean. Wally does not know he is different from his feline friends- he "shimmys" around his house playing with his friends just like any other cat. This family welcomed Wally into their home and they are truly special people. Wally will be at some of our adoption events so come and meet him!

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
