The brunt of "kitten season" is just starting up! So many kittens, but also so many forgotten adults. Although we do our best to stay updated, it's not always possible, so don't be afraid to call and see who's new! Please call or stop by to visit our furry felines!
Who We Are
We are a full veterinary hospital that doubles as an impound for several local towns. Our animals are strays brought to us from these towns. After the required holding period, we assess behavior and any adoptable pets are put up for adoption. Our goal is to find loving homes that are well-suited to our homeless friends.
Adopting a friend
Unlike most shelters, we do not have a flat rate for our adoptions. We take care of all the medical things our furry friends need, including vaccines, testing, and spaying/neutering. Our adoption fees are one half the medical cost of the care for our strays. Since our strays come to us in various conditions, so our adoption fees reflect the level of care required.
Anyone interested in adopting is required to come to our office, where you will be shown exactly what care each animal has received. A signature is required for the adoption to become official, at which point you and your new friend can start making fond memories together.
