Best Friends Pet Super Adoption

Come to the Best Friends Pet Super Adoption to meet 500+ dogs and puppies and 200+ cats and kittens for adoption on June 12 and 13 at Livingston Mall!

Shelter Showcase is happy to help many of the dogs coming to the Best Friends Pet Super Adoption by welcoming their shelters to post their pictures and descriptions on our Petfinder page so you can virtually "meet" them before the Super Adoption.

Please note Shelter Showcase is not affiliated with these groups, and we have no control over their adoption policies, fees, customer service, etc. If you want to learn more about one of their pets for adoption or their application process, please contact the groups directly via their contact information included in the pet's description.

We will be busy all week preparing for this event, so we apologize for any delays in returning emails or phone calls. We promise to be back to our normal selves next week, and we will be happy to provide you with the top customer service that all adopters deserve when we are back in the "office" (we're all volunteers, so our offices are our homes, where we work hard to help you find the loving pet you want to adopt!)

Thanks to your support, Shelter Showcase is rescuing and helping cats and dogs with all different types of needs. Some puppies just need veterinary help and transport to loving families. Some dogs need extra behavior help to find a home. Some cats just need veterinary treatment to fix their teeth or clear an infection, and to spayed and neutered so they can live safely in the wild without contributing to the overpopulation of cats. Some pets - owned or orphaned - just need special medical care so they can remain with their families, or be placed in a new family who will love and care for them.

Your donations are making all of these rescues happen. Sometimes the rescues are helping animals in the care of Shelter Showcase, and sometimes we selectively send support to a group that needs help to make an incredible rescue happen.

Shelter Showcase upholds the values that we can do more when we work together and we are proud to work with many shelters and rescue organizations who put their all into helping the animals in need.

Shelter Showcase was originally founded by a small computer consulting company named Elysian Enterprises, that cares deeply about finding homes for homeless pets.

Our mission is to help give greater exposure to shelters and rescue groups, and to promote pet adoptions and responsible pet ownership.

Our programs now include the Shelter Showcase Expo super adoption events, Stay at Home Rescue, and Rescue Express. The Shelter Showcase Expo is a well-publicized events with pets for adoption from tens of shelters and rescue groups, including dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, birds and more! The Stay at Home Rescue programs helps pet owners rehome their pets, from the safety and security of their own home, rather than dumping the animal at a shelter. The Rescue Express facilitates transports of highly adoptable dogs from high-rate kills shelters to local rescue groups in the northeast.
