Carols Cats is a Hillsborough, NJ-based organization that evolved out of one woman's desire to improve conditions for feral cats. An all-volunteer nonprofit organization, Carols Cats functions as a resource for the control and management of feral cat colonies by employing trap-neuter-release ("TNR") to stabilize and manage feral cat colonies in our area, rescuing and socializing feral kittens and adopting them into responsible homes, providing advice and support to individuals with feral cat problems, and educating the public about cat overpopulation and the importance of spaying and neutering.
