Who We Are

Life’s Little Paws is a newly formed cocker spaniel rescue group that is dedicated to saving the lives and re-homing cocker spaniels with a special emphasis on the ‘sight challenged’.

Since we formed the group in December of 2006, we have taken in several cockers - many needing expensive eye surgery. We have three right now that will need cataract surgery.

We are a group of dedicated volunteers that have formed a reliable transport team from Ohio to Maine to insure we can move cockers that may need us in a safe, timely manner.

Adopting a friend

We require a non-refundable adoption fee of $250 per dog. All dogs placed by us are fully vetted, up to date on all immunizations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped and temperament tested. Any dog that has vision impairment has also seen the ophthalmologist for a diagnosis.
