Thank

visiting our site. We have been working with
many high kill shelters in the south. We have
the pups pulled from the shelters and kept safe(quarantined) until we
can arrange
for there
transport to us. They are vaccinated and wormed, treated with frontline
and heartworm preventative and then transported to NH. Spayed and
neutered prior to arrival(If old enough,and vet approves it),This is
where the fee schedule varies.$275-400.Every vet office charges
differently,transport varies,food prices vary,shelter pull fees. There
are many things that cost money that add up quickly in saving these
babies. Occasionally we are lucky to get donations, and sponsorship.
Lately in this economy,that has fallen short,and we rely on our
adoption fees to cover the costs.(which usually doesnt. We not only
have the basic costs,BUT we have electricity,fuel,postage,cleaning
supplies.ETC.. Please help and support a local RESCUE!
We also require our adoptive families to sign up for pet insurance. The
first month is only five dollars!!

visits are by appointment only, please

Adoption Applications are
required for all
adoptions. References are required.
An adoption application can be completed online and kept on
file.
- A Please
make sure you read and understand
our
Adoption Contract before signing it, it is a legally binding
document. There is a fee for all adoptions.
- Please
understand that owning a pet is a
lifelong
commitment, before you adopt understand that pet ownership takes time,
money and lots
of patience.
- All pet
have a current NH health
Certificate prior
to adoption, however the stress of transport and a new home can make a
rescue more suceptible to illness. Please limit your pets
exposure to dog parks, pet stores, and other high traffic areas to
protect your new family member.
- We
REQUIRE that you take your new rescue
to your vet within
48 hours of adoption. Please have an appointment set up
before you take your new pet home.
- We often
have little or no information on
the history of
your new pet, this includes age, breed, health history and behavior .
We strongly recommend at least a basic obedience class to
help you start your new dog on the right foot (I mean paw)
- We
reserve the right to refuse any
potential adopter. Alq
decisions are final and are made by our members.

a specific animal IF the application has been approved. IF THERE IS A
SPECIFIC ANIMAL YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOUR APPT. TO
MAKE SURE IT IS STILL AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT HOLD ANYONE WITHOUT A
DEPOSIT.
