Every single dog that comes to the New Hampshire Sled Dog Rescue, History & Education Center has a home and a job for life. There is no rush to find them a home but when the perfect one comes up, we know it!
When you adopt a dog from us you can receive training/support to learn to "mush" with your new pal. Whether it be cani-cross hiking/running, diggler scootering, bike-joring or skijoring. We provide in person lessons or phone/email support so you can give your dog a "job" so they can feel confident and happy in your home.
Our adoption fee is $200 depending on the canine. This covers: health certificate, microchip, updated vaccines, spay or neuter if necessary, clear stool sample and a harness.
The New Hampshire Sled Dog Rescue, History & Education Center is dedicated to providing rescue and second chance sled dogs with a job and home fore life. The New Hampshire Sled Dog Rescue, History and Education Center also focuses on northern breed education and preserving New Hampshire’s rich dog sledding history.
