Hi my name is Mama Kitty. I am a 4 year old spayed female. I came from a group of 56 cats in one home so am used to other animals being around. That being said, I really only tolerate my siblings and would much prefer to have your attention all to myself! A few of my siblings have tested postive for Feline Leukemia. I tested negative and have been quarantined for 12 weeks and retested negative so not to worry I am a healthy girl!
I should stay an indoor only kitty and would love to spend my days rolling around in sunbeams. I really enjoy your attention and will rub all over you. If you are looking for a sweet and confident cat I am definitely the girl for you! My Feline-Ality is Sidekick (Orange)

BMW Back Roads Rally to Benefit the League!
Join the White Mountain Chapter, BMW CCA on Saturday, October 18th for a great road rally to explore the coastline. 10th Annual Live and Silent Auction
The 10th Annual Live and Silent Auction will be held on Friday, November 14th, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester. (Center of NH). Who We Are
The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire is a community resource dedicated to saving the lives of homeless pets, caring for companion animals afflicted by neglect, abandonment and cruelty and enhancing the relationship between people and pets through adoption, education, compassion and the promotion of animal welfare.
Adopting a friend
The Animal Rescue League of NH participates in the ASPCA Meet Your Match Canine-AlityTM and Feline-alityTM Adoption Programs. These are unique programs, based on extensive behavioral research done by the ASPCA and IAMS, that categorize our available dogs and cats based on their personality.
When a potential adopter comes in to visit with our adoptable dogs and cats, we ask them to fill out a short survey - the dog adopter survey or the cat adopter survey. This survey is then added up and the adopter is placed in one of three color categories. We have found that this program helps people pick out the right match for them as opposed to choosing a certain pet because "he's cute" or "she's a beautiful color".
Our job as adoption counselors is to help potential adopters find their "perfect match". We understand that it may seem overwhelming when we ask so many questions, but we just want to be sure your family is making the right decision. We think you will also find the Meet Your Match program a helpful tool when choosing your companion.
