If there is a particular animal that you would like to meet at our adoption day, please be sure to email/contact us ahead of time, as it is possible that not all of our animals will be attending each event.

Sunday, August 29, 2009, Prescott, WI: Pawsta Feed Spaghetti Dinner at the No Name Saloon from 3-7pm. All you can eat, To-Go orders available, all proceeds will benefit BWBR. Tickets: $10 Adults, $5 children under 10. Come out and join us for the raffle, prizes and FUN!
Saturday, September 12, 2009, Prescott, WI: Fall Garage Sale Fundraiser - we'll have furniture and even the kitchen sink, so come out and find that treasure you've been searching for! Swing by and peruse the sale on your way to enjoy Prescott Days!

Training Tip
With the 4th of July fireworks coming up, confine your dogs inside the house as fireworks scares dogs. It is common for them to run off to avoid the terrifying sounds and because they're so scred they may hide out and not come back.
Summer heat is upon us--NEVER leave your dog in a car even with windows rolled down a few inches. It quickly heats up to over 100 degrees inside a vehicle and dogs cannot dissipate the heat very well. In many states, police officers can legally break car windows to rescue and confiscate your dog from this deadly situation, and you could be fined.
