Who We Are
We are a very small rescue located in Broken Bow, NE. We are dedicated to the rescue and rehomeing of dogs primarily, whether young or old. K9HAVEN Rescue, Inc. is a not for profit public charity. All donations, bequests, devises, transfers or gifts are tax exempt. Please consider us for your tax exempt donations - so little will go so far.
Adopting a friend
All of the dogs that come to K9HAVEN Rescue are spayed or neutered, receive all their vaccinations, are heartworm tested and placed on preventative if negative. Also provided is veterinary care for any existing medical conditions and dentals, if needed. They are kept in a private home with interaction with other pets. All pets are placed as indoor only pets and secure, viable fencing is required. An adoption application, personal and vet references are required. When these requirements are met there will be a home visit by K9HAVEN Rescue, or a volunteer in the prospective adoptors area. There will be an adoption contract and a specified donation to help cover vet fees.
