Who We Are
Out Humane Society Animal Shelter is located in McCook, NE. Our shelter represents the only established Humane Society serving the 90 mile radius of caring for the unwanted and neglected animals in Southwest Nebraska and Northwest Kansas. The McCook Humane Society has been in operation since 1983.
Adopting a friend
The McCook Humane Society has a fund to assist in the spaying/neutering of all the animals adopted from the shelter. Along with this program, the veterinarians of the area allow a discount, for the animals that are adopted, a free physical exam and discounts on future shots and altering.
