We are in the process of purchasing some land and putting up a building to shelter our homeless friends.
Who We Are
The HSRWC is a non profit, volunteer organization started in 2006. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for companion animals, to place homeless cats and dogs in suitable homes, and to provide programs to reduce the overpopulation and euthanasia of companion animals.
