Robeson County Animal Shelter is an open admission animal control facility. We are located in St. Pauls, NC between Fayetteville and Lumberton off Interstate 95.

If you are a 501 c 3 organization and would like to register with our shelter this is the information that the shelter needs:
1) 501 c 3 status from the IRS
2) Your mission statement
3) List of people authorized to pull for your organization
4) Adoption Partner Agreement Form ( fill out top and bottom of page 2)
Must contact shelter for this form

Shelter hours are :
Monday through Friday from Noon to 5pm.
Adoption fees are $25 and does not include vetting.
Adoption fee does include ( FOR ROBESON COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY) a spay/neuter voucher if under age and a rabies vaccine after you choose your new family member!
All adoptions by residents of Robeson County will include a MANDATORY spay/neuter included in the adoption fee to help reduce the overpopulation of unwanted animals in Robeson County. ALL animals of age to procreate will be sterilized prior to adopter taking possesion of the animal. You must bring ID for any local government assistance program ( Food Stamps etc.) or a paystub/tax return for proof of income when you apply. This is so we can be reimbursed by the State of North Carolinas Spay and Neuter program. This program also offers County Residents to come in to our offer to receive up to 4 FREE vouchers for spay or neuter of animals in the community. You must bring proof of income to apply and be under the Federal Poverty Guidelines which are very generous. Rescue groups are NOT INCLUDED in this program.
