Check out Missy and Addy. Missy needs a home without other pets and is very devoted to her family. Addy is a great girl that is a lover and must have a fenced yard she loves to be in the house with her people.

Who We Are
HC Friends for Life is a network of volunteers. We take the dogs and cats abandoned at Animal Control, foster them, and get them adopted through Petfinder.com and through weekly Saturday Pet Fairs (11 am - 5 pm) at Lowes Hardware in Boone, NC. We desperately need donations to cover veteranary costs. Many of the dogs and cats we help are in poor health. We are an approved non profit tax deductable organization.

We don't have a location. Pets are in foster homes. They are brought out to Lowes Hardware on Saturdays (weather permitting) from 11 am to 5 pm. If you see an animal you are particularly interested in on petfinder email us and we will try to help you out. Wait long enough and the dog or cat you are looking for will turn up.
