or
2nd Saturdays of the month in Locust at the Community Building next to Locust School 10am-noon.
An adoption fee of $50 applies.
Foster pets are listed in Thursday's edition of the Stanly News and
Press. Visit SCARL website at www.scarlonline.org to learn
more.
Adopting a friend
Pets are fostered in individual homes, usually one at a time. Contact
the foster home of a pet you're interested in by phoning the telephone
number given with each pet.
Each foster home will conduct an interview by phone; and, if both
parties are satisfied, prospective adoptive families can meet the
pet at the convenience of the foster home and the caller.
