We are a 501c3 non-profit charitable puppy rescue in Concord, NC specializing in orphaned / infant puppies who need to be bottle fed, as well as pregnant dogs and moms with new babies. We rescue them, raise them and help them find forever homes. If you are interested in one of our puppies, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail. We are completely funded by donations. To adopt one of our puppies, please fill out our adoption application. Our tax deductible adoption donation fee is $175.00 (unless otherwise noted) which includes a sample bag of food your new pet is eating, micro-chip, 30 days of free ShelterCare emergency pet insurance and a health report card from Poplar Animal Hospital. All of our puppies are up to date on vaccines as appropriate for their age, and have been de-wormed. The adoption donation fee helps with the cost of puppy formula, food, vet visits and anything else the puppies need. Most of our puppies are too young to be spayed or neutered prior to going to their new homes, because of this we also offer a $40.00 rebate when you have your new pet spayed or neutered which we do require as a term of adoption.

Our Veterinarian
We use Poplar Animal Hospital, located at 351 George W. Liles Parkway (704) 795-7200 Each of our puppies visit the vet as needed and before they go to their new homes. Each puppy is given a complete check-up from nose to tail to be sure the puppy is healthy and is given our vets ok to be adopted.

Out of State Adoptions
We do not ship our puppies. If you are interested in adopting from us and you are out of state, you will need to arrange for the puppy to be picked up and taken to your home. Our puppies are only permitted to go on an airplane if they will be traveling in the passenger compartment. We require proof of this prior to the puppy leaving our facility.

Become a Volunteer
Do you want to help with puppies? We can always use volunteers.
Foster homes, dog walkers, cleaning pens, picking up waste, feeding and
watering dogs. We accept volunteers of all ages. This is a great place
to bring the kids for a day of work and play.
