Who We Are
Welcome to Lincoln County Animal Services
The mission of Animal Services is to promote and enforce the humane treatment of our animal population, rabies eradication, reducing animal euthanasia and controlling the pet population through a cooperative effort with the community and our Community Care Programs and volunteers.
Accomplishing this will require providing:
o Quick and courteous responses to service requests
o Promoting animal placements by increasing animal adoptions
o Establishing working relationships with animal rescue organizations
o Providing education on rabies eradication, animal care and disease prevention, and animal population control
Our success is directly related to the commitment and involvement of every individual and organization involved with Community Care Program partners and volunteers.
