FOSTER HOMES NEEDED
Foster homes provide a safe and loving environment for a dog until a proper adoptive home is identified. BTRNC covers the cost of all veterinary expenses but asks that foster parents cover the cost of food, treats and toys. If you have experience with the breed and are willing to assist in the physical and/or behavioral rehabilitation of a neglected Boston Terrier, please visit our Volunteer Page.

YOUNG AT HEART
Boston Terriers stay young at heart and make great companions regardless of their age. They give unconditional love and comfort. All they need is your love and care.
Don’t overlook a Boston just because of their age. We have several Boston’s that are older but still have a lot of love to give and still a lot of energy. Consider making one of these sweet babies a new addition to your family.

Who We Are
Boston Terrier Recue of North Carolina is 501(c) 3 non- profit group dedicated to saving Boston Terriers and placing them in wonderful forever homes. BTRNC takes in Boston Terriers from NC, SC, GA and VA. If you know of or have a Boston Terrier in need of a forever home, please contact our adopation coordinator Betsy Myers at betsysbostons@aol.com.
Adopting a friend
Before any of our Boston Terriers go to their new homes, each applicant is evaluated through a process involving a written application, reference checks, a home visit and an interview. The purpose of this is to ensure that these Boston Terriers never end up in rescue again and to find the absolute best home for each dog. All of our dogs are altered, utd, micro-chipped and receive a thorough vet examination prior to adoption. There is a $300.00 adoption fee for each animal to cover their vet expenses and to help continue our efforts. Boston Terriers will be placed in NC, SC, GA and VA- exceptions do exit.
All dogs listed are elegible to receive 2 months of pre-paid ShelterCare pet health insurance through Petfinder.com. This program covers illnesses and accidents common with homeless pets.
