B.A.R.K. (Billings Animal Rescue Kare) is a private non-profit animal shelter serving Billings, Montana and surrounding areas. We opened our doors in January 2008. Our program is staffed by volunteers and dependent on fund-raising and donations to operate. Our mission is to promote responsible, lifetime care for the domestic animals with whom we share this planet through education and sheltering. We provide sanctuary and loving care to each pet taken into our shelter and they have a home with us for as long as it takes to find them a permanent home with the right person. The animals under our care receive regular veterinary care, daily exercise and attention, and gentle training to teach manners or overcome behavioral issues. Each adopted animal is current on vaccinations and spayed or neutered.
