Bright Eyes Care & Rehab Center is a non-profit animal welfare organization founded by Terrie Nylund in October 1999. Our new shelter relies completely on volunteers for its operation.

MISSION STATEMENT
We shall shelter, nurture, and care for abused, neglected, unwanted, and stray animals; helping them to regain trust in mankind; assist when asked; intervene when necessary.
$10 individual, $15 family, $25 Patron, $50 Donor, $100 sustaining, $500 lifetime.
Shelter Animal Socializers- walk, pet, play, etc., to enrich the lives of the animals during their time at the shleter.
Foster homes- always needed, even with shelter open.
