Mississippi Alliance for Spay and Neuter was founded in 2002 with the primary goal of reducing euthanasia and suffering of homeless animals by providing low cost spay & neuter, by engaging the cooperation of the community, and by raising the awareness of pet overpopulation.Our Vision
An organization that has a statewide reputation and impact; that is a catalyst and central coordinator regarding spay & neuter efforts; and that has resources, including people and money, to meet the spay & neuter needs of FOA’s clients throughout the state of Mississippi.Adopting a Friend
