Frequently ask questions and our answer!
We often get ask "how do I adopt a dog" &/or " what is your procedure?" I want to address this in hopes of possibly saving us both some time. Our 'Lil Angels' are loved animals and we want the best possible home for them.
1st thing we do when we receive an inquiry is check the status of that animal (are there applicants on him already, are they waiting for a medical procedure...etc). Then we set up a phone interview. All the applicants go to our board and this process takes 2-4 days. We then start doing "meet and greets" . This is where we bring the pet to your home and see how everyone gets along. This is very important for the new pet. Most commonly problems will present themselve right away and we would be there to address it at that time.
We do send out our contracts before the meet and greets so you know what to expect from us and what we require from our adoptors. All pets require a signed contract. If you have any questions about the contract or other paperwork...Please don't hesitate to ask.
If any of this seems too much for "just a dog" please don't waste our time. These are not just dogs to us and we, again, want the best for each and every one! Thank you for looking at adoption vs buying!!

Honey is in need of a good family to love her and in turn, she will give her trust, gratitude and of coarse love!! She is crate trained, and will be easy to housebreak if you want her indoors! She has been spayed and is up to date on her shots. Please call if you want to give this girl the world and a new home!!

Who We Are
Li'l Angels was established in 1996 by Jack and Desi Diamond. Since it's inception, Li'l Angels has rescued and re-homed over 400 dogs. We operate on a no-kill basis, only having had to euthanize one dog.
Adopting a friend
We ask for a nominal $50.00 adoption fee to help offset our rehabilitation costs. All dogs will be spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, parasite free and treated for heartworms before placement. For special situations, we may lower the adoption fee.
We require on-site home inspections and reference checks. All dogs are placed on a contract.
Come Visit Us!
After approval you will be invited to come visit with the dogs to pick your new best friend!
