We are an Animal Control facility with our own shelter to adopt many of the animals we take in each day.
Adopting a friend
Lauderdale County Animal Control Shelter requires that all animals adopted be taken to a veterinarian within two days of the adoption as we do not have a vet on staff. Animal Control requires that adopted animals be kept in a humane manner. Our adoption fee is $ 15.00 for unaltered pets and $35.00 for pets that have been spayed/neutered.
