NICOAL!
Nicoal is a Black Labrador Retriver/Staffordshire Terrier mix. She's a kind soul and pretty laid back, but don't get me wrong she loves her playtime! She needs a good 'lovin home who would have the time to give her the love and attention she's well deserved of. Nicoal has been spayed and she is up-to-date on her shots. She would be a great, loyal friend.
Who We Are
Since May 2006, The Animal Shelter of Texas County has assisted in over 1,000 pet rescues and adoptions. We have accomplished this without a facility. We have been able to complete this by placing these homeless animals in foster homes, using our resources with Petfinder and other websites, and working closely with our local veterinarians. In July 2008 we have completed our goal of opening the doors of our newly built shelter providing homes to dogs and cats. Which since then we have adopted over 100 pets. TASTC is a Voice for the Animals, To rescue, nurture, and adopt animals in need is the driving force in our daily efforts to save the lives of innocent animals.

Adopting a friend
New parents are asked to agree to our adoption contract which clarifies our regulations and expectations for their new friend.
