Kitty Cat Connection is dedicated to the humane treatment of cats. We promote and operate a trap-neuter-return program in the Kansas City area. We are a network of foster homes that care for a wide variety of once abused, neglected, and abandoned cats and kittens. We would love to find caring permanent homes for all foster cats in our care. We are a nonprofit Missouri corporation, have a Missouri rescue license and have been approved by the IRS for 501(c)(3) status.
Adopting a friend
Our conditions for adoption include that the cat live indoors in a private home and that he or she be returned to us if in any case you cannot keep the cat. Normal adoption fee is $90 for kittens and cats with a 50% discount for a second cat (adults). An adoption form/agreement must be signed. Come Visit Us!
We hold an adoption open house every 4th Saturday at For Pet's Sake, 14460 S. 169 Hwy (Major Mall) in Smithville. Hours are 11am to 3 pm Saturdays. We will also hold periodec adoption open houses at the northland Pete & Mac's. We hold adoptions every Saturday at the Tiffany Springs Petsmart (and many Sundays, also), and and always have cats for adoption in their Cat Adoption Center. We have cats for adoption at Animals in Need Thrift Store in Riverside. Call 816 858-4215 to schedule an appointment and to see our kitties at other times.
