Due to Economic conditions, Availablity of Competent Resources, Limited numbers of Volunteers, and Time constraints - LBRT Inc. has elected to close their doors. If you have one of our dogs, we will stll be available for support in all aspects of the dog and it's behavior. If you were on our waiting list, you may still contact us direct, and we may be able to offer a referal, but we will no longer be working out of Missouri, or North Carolina as a rescue.
We are not dumping our dogs that we have in rescue, and there are still some that are very deserving of loving families, but that need special help in learning to overcome some of their issues that they brought from the mills or commercial breeders. We will do what we can for these dogs, and place them through this website only, as time allows. Any that cannot be placed, will be evaluated and turned over to a shelter that will better be able to handle the dogs for long term solutions.
To Our Volunteers
Everyone that has worked with this rescue have been volunteers. From the Board, on down to those foster homes that have stuck with us and helped dog after dog to become valuable additions to any family. To each of you, we want to thank you for all that you have done. Without you, we could not have placed the over 250 dogs that we have across the country.
You have spread Joy and love to total strangers with each effort... Nothing better could be left as a testiment of your efforts!
