This is Magic. He is absolutely the sweetest cat you could ever meet. He's incredibly loving and loves to play. He is great with kids, even lets them haul him around and tug on his hair, and one of his best friends at his foster home is a Pomeranian pup. When Magic was taken for his last rabies vaccination he had an anaphylactic episode and nearly died. He's fine now but cannot get any vaccinations anymore. We will provide documentation proving that he is allergic. He needs a home were his family will absolutely keep him in the house at all times. If you would like to meet Magic please come see us at Petsmart on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. He would really love a forever home so he can run and play and be himself.

John Henry is another super sweet, funny boy that would positively make the perfect addition to any family. He likes kids, is fine with other cats and doesn't seem to mind dogs. He is very loving and playful always ready to give a hug or get a scratch behind the ears. John Henry would really love to find a forever home so if you are interested in meeting him come visit us at Petsmart on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month.

Beginning in November we will be adjusting our hours at Petsmart. We will still be there on the 1st and 3rd Sunday but we will be arriving between 10:30 and 11am and we will stay until around 4pm. Hope to see you there!

Effective 10/12/06 we no longer accept checks for adoptions as we have had a large number of bad checks written to us and we cannot afford the risk. All adoptions must be made with cash. We appologize for any inconvenience.

Who We Are

Feline Friends of Missouri, Inc. was founded in 1994 for the purpose of helping the local animal shelters place adoptable, stray, unwanted cats in loving, forever homes. We are a small 501c3 not-for-profit organization comprised of just a few volunteers dedicated to this task. All money from donations goes directly for the care of the cats and is tax deductible.

Adopting a friend

Everyone at Feline Friends of Missouri, Inc is working to find warm, loving, forever homes for the cats that come into our rescue. We require that all new homes be inside only, that the cats recieve the proper care to live long healthy lives and that they be loved forever. Our adult cats have all been spayed or neutered, tested for feLV and FIV and are up-to-date on their vaccinations. We strive to find cats with loving personalities so that your kitty experience with us is pleasant.

Typically all of the cats listed will be with us at Petsmart. Occasionally though, due to lack of transport space, some will be left home to wait until the next time. If you are interested in a particular cat please send an e-mail by mid afternoon on the preceeding Saturday stating the cat you would like to meet and the approximate time you will be at Petsmart so that we can make sure that cat will be with us. We will try to be prompt with our reply so you know that we recieved your e-mail.

Adoptions are mostly done from 11:00am until 4:00pm on the first and third Sunday of every month at: Petsmart 2861 Veterans Memorial Pkwy I-70 South Service Rd St.Charles, MO 636-925-1717, however if you cannot make that please contact us and we can set up times to meet the cat(s) of your choice.

Feline Friends of Missouri will not ship cats or kittens.

Fees

Our typical adoption fees are as follows. $95 for cats that have been declawed and $90 for cats that have their claws intact.
