Who We Are
BARC (Benefitting Animals through Responsibility and Compassion) is a non-profit, all volunteer animal welfare organization. We have rescued thousands of animals from shelters and off the streets since 1997.

BARC has provided over 7000 free spay/neuters for pets of low-income families since 2003 There is no other program like ours anywhere!! In 2007 we fixed 1738 pets for needy families! In 2008, we've fixed
2090 pets. YTD 2009, we've fixed over 700 pets!
Please not we are NOT a shelter and are not accepting any animals.
