Who We Are
People Helping Homeless Animals is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization of volunteers whose mission is to help homeless animals in Phelps County, Missouri. We operate 3 components: limited rescue, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), for feral cat colonies, and spay neuter assistance in the form of a Small Animal Food Pantry.
