HAPPINESS IS ADOPTING A FRIEND..
Our Featured Pets...
All of our pets are special. We cannot in good conscience choose one pet over the other. They are all deserving of a home.
However, we are choosing one cat and one dog from our orphanage to
really spoil every week, all week! The dogs are given a walk around
town, a bath, a chewbone to enjoy here in the office and obedience
instruction. The cats have a night in the office, a canned food
dinner, a foam-waterless bath and kitty treats! Each dog and cat will
be given royal treatment for the whole week giving us the chance to
really get to know each ones likes and dislikes, as well as an
awesome opportunity to socialize and be seen!

Special Pets this week! Read all about them in their profiles!!

Please help us get your pet back home by keeping updated collar identification on your pet. At a minimum the contact info. should contain an area code & phone number.
If you have moved, please update your collar ID, advise your veterinarian of your new address, phone number.
Please consider microchipping your pet. Should your pet become lost, strayed, stolen, collar come loose, a microchip is a permanent form of ID implanted just under the skin.

POST ADOPTION - MUST READ
When you are about to adopt a pet, please remember to research the particular breed that interest you. All relationships begin with mutual respect. How can you respect someone if you're not meeting all their physical and emotional needs? Please do your homework PRIOR to making the life commitment of pet adoption!
Who We Are
The purpose and mission of Animal Orphanage, Inc is to provide temporary shelter and care: emotionally, medically and physically for homeless or lost animals. This care will include giving each and every animal an opportunity to be adopted into a loving and responsible home. All are completely vaccinated, socialized, temperment tested and healthy! We LOVE each one individually, knowing their likes and dislikes to better match them with adopters!
To help reduce failed adoptions, we will be screening our adopters.
Please understand that our process is to make sure the pets are placed in homes that are commited for the rest of their lives to the care and well being of our fur-kids!
We try to match up our pet with the home best suited to meet his/her needs. Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment.
We are honored to have an obedience instructor/behavior modification specialist, Trina, to help you decide if the pet you choose will be suited for your lifestyle. There is a complimentary session for ALL adopters and a 20% discount for the entire obedience course with proof of adoption from ANY shelter, rescue or sanctuary!
