Who We Are
Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter is a non-profit
501(c3) organization made up primarily of volunteers. We are committed to taking care of the dogs and cats in the shelter and finding them happy homes. We also strive to raise awareness, provide education, and work to better the living conditions at the shelter.
Adopting a friend
A pre adoption form MUST be filled out. IF approved, the
adoption fee is $125 for dogs. They are current on all
vaccinations, tested for heartworms, and spayed or neutered & microchipped. Cat adoption fees $100 for the first, ½ price if you adopt a second. Senior cat (5 years or older) to senior citizen (age 60 or over) are half price. They also are current on all vaccinations, tested for FIV, FeLeuk, and spayed or neutered & microchipped.
