Nelli - 10-575. Nellie is a three legged, two year old female black lab. She is loving and gentle with children and other animals. She is a special girl who's background we don't know entirely. She does have some separation anxiety and would do best in a household with pretty constant attention and love.

Paws for a Cause, Inc. is a non-profit, non-breed specific rescue out of New Brighton, MN. We are dedicated to re-homing abandoned, abused and homeless dogs throughout MN, IA and WI.
PAC is lucky enough to have a fabulous team of volunteers working in three states. From the moment you submit your application, we are working hard to arrange for a volunteer to come out and meet with you and your family, discuss PAC's policies, your wants and needs in a family pet and answer any questions you might have. After your home visit has been performed and you're approved, you are ready to visit with any of the foster(s) and dog(s) that are available on our website. We encourage you to bring any resident dogs to each interview to see how they interact before making any adoption decisions. After you've met the new pet of your dreams, we do ask that you go home, think about it for 24 hours and then get back to us. At that point, we are ready to complete the adoption contract and you're on your way home with your wonderful new companion animal - suffused with the satisfaction of knowing that you've given a fantastic creature a second chance.
Paws for a Cause, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit rescue. We don't have a building like the Humane Society. Each and every one of our dogs are fostered out to private homes to receive the love and attention they deserve and to better evaluate each animal for better placement to his/her forever home.
