Our Featured Pet...

Angel is a deep golden domestic long-haired cat. She is a rather petite 2-year-old. Angel was spayed and after 4 days she chewed open her stitches and exposed her intestines. She was rushed into emergency surgery and is now doing fine. Angel will be at Pet Expo on Sunday afternoon, April 6 for a pet adoption event.
Angel is the most adorable cat. She loves to be petted and does an especially cute stretch with both of her back legs extended back. Angel will blend with most any family and will bring immense joy. LOST PETS:
Carmel was lost on April 2 on the 1100 block of North 5th Street in Mankato. He is a cat and approximately 1 year old. He is small, shy. His colors are tan, orange, and white. If seen, please call 340-2335 or 387-6741.
Trixie is a very long-haired black dog with a pink collar and has tags from Texas. Upon very close inspection, she has some burgundy coloring around her shoulders. She was last seen chasing deer on the south side of Mankato. Trixie weighs about 60 pounds (but she looks heavier due to her extremely long black hair) and is half black lab, half newfoundland. Trixie is very loving and is not aggressive, in fact she is easily frightened. If you see her, please contact us at For Pets (contact information below) or your local law enforcement agency so she can be reunited with her family.

Who We Are

For Pets' mission is to further the overall welfare of companion animals by promoting spays & neuters, reducing the number/impact of unwanted animals going into shelters, and providing animal assistance & education.

For Pets is a non-profit organization that provides services to people in need of assistance for their pets, or the potential companion animals people find. We have a pet food program and a reduced cost vet care program, including spay and neutering.
