Our Mission
The Mission of Pet Savers Rescue is to save cats and dogs of all sizes and all breeds by placing them into loving, forever homes. We are an all-volunteer, foster home based rescue organization based in metro Detroit. We do not have a physical shelter so all meet & greets are by appointment only.
Adoption Policy
Pet Savers Rescue's goal is to place our animals in their forever homes and to do this we need to make sure that the dog or cat and the family are well matched. Our adoption process is necessary to achieve this goal. There are many variables that go into making these decisions so we review each application on a case by case basis. Our volunteers will respond to an inquiry via emails and phone calls as quickly as possible.
The adoption process is submitting an adoption application, phone interview, meet and greet, reference check, home visit & signing an adoption agreement. We are only able to do adoptions to homes within an hour radius of Madison Heights
