Who We Are
Hannahs Haven is a small rescue dedicated to the memory of Hannah, a corgi mix, rescued from a Michigan shelter. It is currently the project of a group of crazy critter lovers called Animal Aid of Branch County. We focus primarily on rescuing animals from our local animal shelter and finding them the forever homes they deserve. Whenever possible we also reach out to other homeless pets to offer them a home. Our limited size allows us to ensure each animal exposure to family life. Each pet is kept in a foster home environment and is fully vetted before adoption. We expect the best from our adoptive families and strive to provide them with any support we can. Animal Aid of Branch County is a non-profit organization and is totally dependent on the hardwork of its members and the support of friendly donors. It is our goal to make a difference in the problem of pet overpopulation in our corner of the world. We can and do make a difference one dog and one cat at a time.
Adopting a friend
If you are interested in one of our pets, please email for a pre-adoption survey. When that is submitted, the information will be checked. A home visit may be required. Adoption fees may vary and are designed to defray veterinary costs of each individual pet. We try very hard to find the appropriate home for each pet and may refuse any adoption request we feel is not in the mutual best interest of the new family and the designated animal.
