A Very Special Friend
Solid as rock, that's this handsome guy. Jethro is a 2 to 3 year old Wirehair Pointing Griffon mix rescued from a shelter. This gentle boy is smart and loyal and loves to be with his people. His favorite toys are stuffed animals and squeeky toys. Jethro is very attentive to kids but doesn't know his own strength. He would benefit from obedience training and an owner that had time for plenty of exercise. Are you looking for someone to walk or run with? Jethro would make an awesome exercise partner.Jethro is up to date on shots, is heart worm negative and has been altered. A friendly but big lad, he would do best in a family with older children where is size is not a factor.

And just so you know - there is no such thing as a 'job too small'. Even 10 minutes a week - when put to good use - is a blessing to those it helps. Adopt a Friend for Life of Southwest Michigan - otherwise known as AFL - is an all-volunteer animal rescue organization and was specifically organized to fill a very specific void in our community, namely to offer an alternative to the traditional overcrowded, overtaxed and undermanned animal pounds. We are incorporated with the State of Michigan, a federally recognized 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation, and registered with the Michigan Dept. of Agriculture as an Animal Sheltering Agency (status pending)There are various
