Pablo is a young neutered male Pit Bull mix. He was surrendered by his owner. Pablo is house trained and is friendly and outgoing. He sits nicely for treats and takes them gently. He is good with other dogs and has had some training with a leash.
Bongo is a young adult male Lab and Pit mix. He is very sweet and playful! Bongo weighs about 40 pounds and is good with other dogs.
Reggie is a sweet neutered male. He was surrendered by his owner. He is affectionate and mellow! Reggie gets along with other cats and would love to come home with you!
Trixie is an adult female who arrived as a stray. She is front declawed and most likely already spayed. Trixie is sweet and outgoing! Please visit her in our cat adoption room.
*-* We do not adopt out dogs to be outdoor dogs/pets. We adopt out our dogs only to be a part of the family and
*-* If you rent, lease, or live with parents you need to provide a document stating that you are allowed to have pets or a
phone number that we may contact that parent or landlord to ask permission to adopt an animal.
*-* Also if you currently own a dog, you need to have a current license and rabies vaccine for that dog to
be able to adopt a new dog from our shelter.
*-* We also do not adopt out pets as gifts. Unless the person you are purchasing the pet for is present at the time of the
adoption or if we have a phone number that we may contact that person.
*-* You must be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian with you to adopt an animal from our shelter or to come
through our shelter.
If you see a pet on Petfinder.com, come on down to the shelter or call us at (989) 797-4504. If you see one of our pets on WNEM TV5 Saturday or Sunday, and you want to adopt, be the first in line at 8am Monday morning.
We adopt on a First Come-First Served Basis for WNEM TV5 pets and cannot hold animals.......you can call or email us for more information, but you must come in person to adopt. Remember, there is always a pet in need of your love.
