Do you remember that first big snow storm of the year? Cha Cha does, because she got into a foster home the day before the snow arrived. She must have known about this special home in her neighborhood and hung out until she was noticed. She now comfortably watches the snowflakes from inside.
Cha Cha is a sweet natured cat - not quite a year yet. We think all our foster cats are adorable, but its certainly true for Cha Cha. She's adjusted well to her foster home and is getting along with the other foster cats. She knew becoming an indoor kitty was a good idea. Who We Are
We are a no-kill animal adoption agency. Our mission is to find permanent, responsible homes for homeless, unwanted or abused cats and kittens. All of our felines are provided veterinary care including Felv/FIV testing, age appropriate vaccines, parasite control and sterilization (if old enough). All felines are in foster care and are socialized before adoption.

You may have noticed we haven't been doing our regular adoptions at local pet stores lately. Its a tough job and hard to keep up the pace with adoptions, caring for the cats and working regular day jobs. So, for now we're taking a break from adoption events and focusing on internet adoptions. We hope when you are looking for a pet, you'll consider one of our available cats. Please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange a meet and greet at a convenient time/date. This also eases the stress on the cats that didn't handle going to the stores very well. All the noises and people made the day a little tough on some of them. We're all about their comfort - so we'll do what we have to for them!
We appreciate all the support local pet stores have provided us and we urge you to visit them for your pet supply needs.
Adopting a friend
In order to place our felines in permanent loving homes, we will ask you to complete an adoption application. Our adoption fee is $95.00 which includes a $20.00 sterilization promise which is refunded upon receipt of proof. Once an application is approved, we will deliver your new family member to your home. Adoption and sterilization contracts are required at the time of delivery. We also offer a multiple adoption discount! Some of our kitties would love to go to loving homes together. In addition, we offer a discount for adopting senior citizen cats. They need loving homes too!
How You Can Help
For those of you interested in helping us, but don't have room to foster an animal or have time to help out at adoption events, how about clipping cat food and cat litter coupons (and other related pet items)? It doesn't take much of your time, but helps us save money. If you would like to help in another way, how about gift certificates? We purchase many supplies from www.jefferspet.com and www.drsfostersmith.com. Both websites offer gift certificates which can be used to order from their catalog or online. Its a convenient way to help animals in need! You can also donate food/litter to us directly - just stop by with your donations at one of our adoption events (check below for dates/times).
Moving? Don't forget your pets!
Moving shouldn't mean you have to give up your pet. With some work on your part and advance planning, suitable housing can be found for you and your family - which includes your pet. So when you're planning your next move, while you're thinking of needs such as location and schools, don't forget your pet. When you take in a pet, its a long-term commitment. Before adopting, think about your future and if moving with pets will be too difficult. Wait until you are in a situation when you can welcome a permanent pet to your family. Below is a list of 'pet-friendly' housing. (Call for specific pet requirements, such as size, type of animal allowed.) We'll continue to add to the list in the future.
