This years vaccine clinic was another huge success! Close to 400 vaccines were given. Even busier than last year. Thank you to everyone who worked the clinic and especially those who volunteered their time to help the animals!! You are the best.
Brownstown Township is having their annual vaccine clinic on April 25th 2009. The hours are from 9:30 until 12:00. You do not need to live in Brownstown to attend the clinic!! Please have your dogs on a leash and your cats in a carrier. Be sure to get your Rabies tags at this time as well. Reduced fees.
The Brownstown Animal Shelter is **Rescue Friendly** Please call the shelter at 734 675 4008 if you would like to pull any of the dogs or cats!!! If no answer, please leave a message. Or you may call one of the volunteers at 734 740 8530 and we can usually meet you their the same day. Please come and take a look, we always have a wonderful pet waiting for a home. Remember to bring a collar and a leash with you if you are adopting a dog. A cat carrier if you are looking to adopt a cat.
All of our stray dogs and cats are kept for 5 days before being put up for adoption. If they are an owner give-up then they are available for a new home right away! Our web site is updated on a daily basis, so if you don't see what you are looking for keep checking back. We get dogs and cats in almost everyday.
