Serenity Animal Hospital offers cats and kittens for adoption. These cats and kittens have been lovingly cared for by staff and volunteers until they are ready for adoption. We have a large selection of beautiful cats and kittens that are waiting for a loving home. Also, please don't forget the adult cats we have who also need to find a forever home with lots of love. We currently have many adult cats and kittens available. Please call or stop by to see us if you are interested in any additional information on our kittens or cats. Cute and cuddly, happy and loving and they all need homes.
Who We Are
We are a dedicated Veterinary Hospital that accepts kittens who, for one reason or other, are not able to be cared for by their mothers. Often times the mothers have been hit by cars or abandoned. All of our dedicated staff take these cat and kittens home and bottle feed them every 2-6 hours around the clock depending on the age of the kittens. If you have found a cat or kitten that is older, please call and we can supply you with a list of rescue groups more equipped to take them on.
Adopting a friend
If you are interested in adopting one of our kittens, please contact us. You are asked to fill out an adoption application, if an adoption counselor is on site we will show available kittens at that time. If no adoption counselor is on site then we will call you to set up a time for you to come see the cat(s) you are interested in.
If you decide on a cat at that time, we ask that you place a $50 deposit so that we do not show the cat to anyone else. You may then pick up the cat as soon as the next day (if already altered) or the day after their alteration surgery.
The total adoption donation for our kittens is $150. For adults under 2 years of age it is $100 and for those over 2 years it is $75.
This donation includes;
~ Spay or Neuter
~ FeLeuk/FIV test
~ All vaccines they have received while with us
~ Fecal exams and dewormings
~ A specially prepared kit of handouts on common cat raising questions and concerns
Also includes the following:
-Litter pan
-Litter scoop
-Sample of food
-Food dish
~ And should you choose to return to us for your pets health care, the first Office Call/Physical Exam charge is at half cost.
You are pemitted to front declaw your cat only but you must have the cat in your home for two weeks. The cost of this procedure is not covered in the adoption and is up to you.
