Who We Are
P.A.W.S. is a no-kill shelter in Northeastern Maine. We started several years ago with the sole purpose of providing strays, neglected and abused animals with good homes. All of the cats available for adoption have tested negative for FIV and FeLV. We have ferile cat and low income loan programs available for people. We also offer a $10.00 senior citizen discount to adopters over age 65. Our organization is made up entirely of volunteers that donate their time to the animals. Our building was constructed entirely from donations of money and labor.A special Thanks to Stephen King and his Family.
