Bunny Magic is a not- for- profit 501(c)3 organization offering sanctuary to companion indoor rabbits. Our mission is to find quality indoor homes where these rescued and abandoned animals can live out their lives in peace and comfort with the love of an adoptive family. Bunny Magic also offers education to rabbit owners who wish to improve their relationship with and care of their pet.
Bunny Magic's number one consideration are the numerous rabbits that have reached their last line of defense in local shelters and for whom we are the only hope. Bunny Magic has rescued rabbits in the care of several shelters in the Maryland and Northern Virginia including Prince George's, Baltimore, Montgomery, Fairfax, Stafford, and Calvert Counties, The Cities of Richmond, Annapolis and Alexandria and the Maryland Eastern Shore. The Bunny Magic sanctuary is a no-kill shelter.
We currently house approximately 150 buns available for adopton. Bunny Magic rabbits can be seen weekends at Petco and Petsmart Stores in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Numerous foster rabbits are housed in Alexandria, Virginia.

Adopting a friend
Bunny Magic adopts all breeds of rabbits (depending on availability) to qualified indoor homes. There is an adoption contract and a fee. This fee supports our spay and neuter program. All rabbits are spayed and neutered prior to adoption. Please contact us if you are interested in meeting some of our adoption buns!
